Our starter box is  the perfect opportunity to give your pup a taste, and see how a real diet can transform your pup's mealtime experience. After taking the quiz, simply select the starter box option, which gives you 1-2 weeks worth of meals for your pup to try and enjoy. If you wish to continue your pup's journey, this box will seamlessly convert to a plan, which you can cancel at any time.

Your pup's delivery is scheduled every few weeks, and is based on your personalised delivery preferences.

If you are placing your first order with us before midday on Saturday, you will receive your box as soon as Sunday (the very next day!)

You can keep track of your upcoming deliveries, adjust your plan, or cancel any time through your pup's BarkSmart portal.

Need a different delivery schedule? No problem! Just reach out to us, and we'll work together to create a schedule that fits perfectly with your needs (and your freezer space!)

For this reason, while our meals and recipes may be nutritionally balanced for some, they may not be for your pup.
