At checkout, you have the flexibility to choose between signing up for a continuous plan right away or selecting the starter box, which will later convert to a plan. Once you receive your starter box, you have the freedom to pause or cancel at any time, putting you in control of your pup's dining experience!
Managing your pupper's serving size is easy with BarkSmart! Simply log into your BarkSmart account on our website to access and update your pupper's information. Lifestyle changes, like alterations to their exercise routine, may affect their dietary needs, so it's important to adjust accordingly. Even if there haven't been any major changes but you feel their serving size isn't quite right, just let us know! We'll happily adjust their customized serving size for their next delivery, ensuring they receive the perfect portion every time.
At BarkSmart, we prioritize freshness, which is why we don't add any preservatives to our meals. To extend the shelf-life of your pupper's meals, we vacuum seal their pouches. When frozen, BarkSmart will stay fresh for up to 4 months. In the fridge, unopened pouches will last for 7 days, or 2 days once opened. For optimal freshness, we recommend storing your pupper's BarkSmart pouches in the freezer and transferring them to the fridge a few days before opening."

Your BarkSmart delivery will arrive every few weeks, depending on your customized shipping schedule. You can easily view your next scheduled delivery through your BarkSmart account.
Once each box is shipped, you'll receive a link to track your delivery.Is our standard delivery schedule not meeting your needs? Don't worry! Just reach out to us, and we'll set a schedule that suits you (and your freezer space!).
